須藤コーティング有限会社は、3M Fastener Adhesiveネジプレコート型接着剤を主とした、ネジの緩み止め加工或いは緩み止め加工機械の販売メーカーとして歩んでまいりました。
しかし、2023年8月に3M社製品のファスナー接着剤SG-2353、SG-2510、SG-2451Jは、「不可抗力宣言」により、生産中止となりました。

弊社は代替品として、米国ミシガン州デトロイトにあるND Industries社製品のND Microsphere 593s（青）及びND Microsphere 1193s（橙）の2製品と、ポリコックスマテリアルテクノロジー株式会社のマイクロスフィアエポキシーケミカルスレッドシーラー ポリコックスロック300（青）、ポリコックスロック300（橙）の合計4製品を採用使用し、安心・安全・信頼を提供してまいります。

又、販売機械では最先端技術の集約したND Industries Fastener Adhesive and Polycox Material Technology Fastener Adhesiveプレコート加工機械及び特殊ナイロン・水溶性ナイロンプレコート加工機械の販売も行っております。

 

Sudou Coating Co., Ltd. has been providing not only looseness processing of fasteners applied with 3M Fastener Adhesive (often referred to as screws pre-coated type adhesives), but also pre-coating processing machines.

However, in August 2023, production of 3M's fastener adhesives SG-2353,SG-2510,and SG-2451J was discontinued due to a "force majeure declaration."

We offer two replacement products:ND Microsphere 593s(blue) and ND Microsphere 1193S(orange) manufactured by ND Industries in Detroit, Michigan, USA.and A total of 4 products are used:Microsphere Epoxy Chemical Thread Sealer Polycox Rock300(blue) and Polycox Rock 300(orange) from Polycox Material Technology Co.,Ltd. We will provide peace of mind,safety,and trust.

In order to provide products intending to promote good environment, harmony and creation, we provided pre-coated type coating materials or adhesives such as anaerobic adhesives, special Nylons, and water-soluble Nylons.with our excellent technical and management instruction support, using our in-house designed dedicated machines. We also implement a sense of security, excellent in quality and safety,
low prices, and short delivery period. In addition, regarding the selling of machines, we sell ND Industries Fastener Adhesive and Polycox Material Technology Fastner Adhesive pre-coating machines, which are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and special Nylon and water-soluble nylon pre-coating machines.
